Quality Control
As a Quality Control, you will perform quality control testing on raw materials, ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete products and reworks to ensure relevant specifications are complied with.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for incoming / outgoing inspection and all Non-Conformance.
- Control and monitor product quality during production run.
- Knowledge in Engineering or Construction drawings.
- Establish and maintain calibration program for critical testing and measuring instrument.
- Prepare and maintain all related quality reports and records.
- Liaise with the client, consultant, vendors, sub-contractors and other relevant parties on field / factory inspection issues pertaining to the quality issues.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil, Building or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Quality management in ready-mixed concrete or precast concrete industry.
- Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
- Able to work shift work pattern.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage
- Those who do not have a Diploma but have a minimum of 5-years’ experience are welcome to apply.
